Joe wanted to market a popcorn snack based on an old family recipe. He had virtually no marketing budget, therefore the name and the packaging had to scream, jump off the shelf and and sell itself.

The history of how this project started was fascinating. We used that as the foundation of the brand development.

Both partners were casino managers of famous Las Vegas Casino's. One of the partners, Joe Orph would bake his grandmother's reciepe nut and popcorn snack and give bags out to friends and Vegas co-workers every Christmas. Over the years, Joe's Nuts became legendary., but not a great name to take to market.

We renamed the product BoomBazza [BOOM BATZA] and even gave Joe a new name .
